1. We plan the customer's server and storage environment and submit a report. The report includes the configuration of the corresponding fiber optical switch.
2. Communicate with customers, discuss the plan, and submit the planning report.
3. Perform configuration implementation.
Technical support services at customer's site
1.If local maintenance engineers are dealing with daily faults and encounter an unresolved hardware faults, we can provide on-site technical support services to assist the maintenance engineers in solving the problem as soon as possible.
2.If the on-site support engineer cannot solve the problem, in that case, we retrieve the problem log file of the faulty device and send it to a remote senior backline engineer to analyze the data, provide a solution, and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
3.We provide on-site support and warranty services during important holidays / system changes. Through this approach we can conduct troubleshooting in time once problems arise, reducing the risk of business interruption and ensuring stable & smooth operation of the business.
