Provide advanced back-line technical support services at the mainstream manufacturer level, open exclusive channels, and handle technical problems that cannot be solved by customers and local technical support in Russia. By analyzing log files and error messages, we conduct remote or on-site (if necessary) problem and faults analysis to help customers solve complicated problems which the local service personnel is unable to solve.
