We conduct regular on-site/remote preventive maintenance for customer production systems, check the operating status of the hardware equipment, analyze system logs, determine whether there is a hardware failure, as well as replace faulty parts in advance. We ensure the smooth operation of business systems.
3.Firmware Upgrade
We regularly provide microcode upgrade services for hardware devices to ensure the smooth operation and stability of hardware devices.
4.Regularly provided statistical and analytical data basic data regarding the equipment failure, assist customers in formulating operation and maintenance plans, and help to improve the smooth operation of customers' overall equipment and business.
Support of spare parts
1.Provide on-site support for most frequently consumable spare parts, improve service response time and fault repair timeliness, which can effectively increase customer satisfaction.
2.Commonly used spare parts such as HDD/FAN Module/Memory or other customer-specified parts are recommended to be stored in the customer's computer room or customer-specified spare parts warehouse.
3.If the customer does not have a storage location, our company can store it for the customer.
